Interworks™ was founded by Mt. Airy native, Mike Brannock, CEO of AREVO Group – a family of talent management companies. The AREVO Group flagship company, WorkForce Unlimited remains headquartered in Mt. Airy as an anchor member to the Interworks™ Office Building.

Mike’s passion for the future of work coming to life in his hometown led him to launch Interworks™. His time is spent matching top talent with top employers and helping professionals develop their careers. To that end, offering a work environment that inspires collaboration among top professionals was a natural evolution. Today Interworks™ is proud to offer nearly 14,000 sq ft of rentable office space for modern-day professionals to enjoy collaboration, innovation, and the Future of Work at its best.

History of the Building

Originally a tire service center, the Interworks™ site in Mt. Airy has a long history of several business types before it was purchased by a holding company owned by Mike Brannock in December 2020. Mike shared his vision for the building with the prior owners, who were grateful to play a part in bringing Mike’s vision to life. It was so important to the sellers that the building be a part of the Mt. Airy community for the long-term that they sold the building at a discount to see Mike’s vision come to fruition.

Now, Interworks™ is a state-of-the-art coworking space boasting nearly 14,000 square feet of rentable office space to Mt. Airy professionals. With plenty of membership terms and office options available, we are prepared to serve professionals across all stages of their career development.
